THE FAMILY'S RESTAURANT

Founded in 1964 as a local trattoria run by Giulia and Giuseppe, the restaurant was then called "Da Peppe se pappa" (At Peppe's, you eat). Famous in the area for its grilled meats and homemade pasta, it evolved over time, transitioning in the late eighties, thanks to Adolfo Trippini—Paolo and Luca's father—from a trattoria to a restaurant. From this point on, the name was changed to Ristorante Trippini, which over the years has received recognition from the main Italian gastronomic guides. Paolo has been managing it since 2006 and has transformed it, without ever straying from a traditional base, into the innovative and haute cuisine establishment it is today.
